Bend mind 13

At the end of Doctor Mindbender's turn, you may choose an enemy Unique figure within 3 spaces of Doctor Mindbender and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 13 or higher, after this turn you may reveal the "X" Order Marker on Doctor Mindbender. If you do, take temporary control of the enemy Army Card and take a turn with it. After the turn, control returns to the Army Card's previous owner.
